I booked and paid for a king room, but at check-in, they were sold out and gave us two queens instead. They blamed it on booking through a third-party website, which is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. It feels like they overbook and don’t honor confirmed reservations. Very disappointing experience.
